Job Description
Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow a portfolio of seller accounts in long tail segment.
2. Develop deep understanding of sellers business needs and objectives.
3. Monitor sales performance and execute action plans to close performance gaps.
4. Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
5. Conduct regular performance reviews with sellers and internal stakeholders.
6. Monitor market and competitor activity and provide actionable insights.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
2. More than 2 years of experience in in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
5. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
6. Excellent planning and organizational skills
7. Able to work independently and collaboratively
8. Proficiency in Excel
