Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute B2B product strategies and marketing campaigns designed to boost seller engagement and success.
• Craft compelling product positioning and narratives that resonate with our target customers and set our solutions apart in Southeast Asia.
• Clearly articulate the unique value propositions of Lazada Sponsored Solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the creation of engaging and informative marketing content across assigned product domains and projects.
• Manage end-to-end product launches, ensuring consistent communication with all stakeholders and timely delivery of key deliverables.
• Drive successful B2B marketing campaigns primarily through our owned channels.
• Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify target seller segments, understand their needs, and analyze relevant product use cases.
• Develop detailed seller personas to inform product positioning and messaging strategies.
• Collaborate with the account management team, providing them with the insights and tools necessary to effectively promote Lazada Sponsored Solutions.
• Oversee critical B2B marketing operations, including governance and traffic generation, to support overall campaign success.
2. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in e-commerce, B2B and/or advertising industries in Southeast Asia.
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, advertising solutions, and B2B marketing strategies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
5. Proven track record of developing compelling B2B product positioning and narratives.
6. Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
7. Analytical skills, familiarity with marketing analytics tools, experience conducting market research and e-commerce platforms.
8. Exceptional proficiency in Chinese Mandarin and conversational in English.
