4、Negotiate and close deals with potential merchants, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
5、Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless onboarding process and maximize merchant retention.
6、Monitor and report on acquisition performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
2、More than 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in e-commerce or retail, with a proven track record of successful merchant acquisition.
3、Deep understanding of the Indonesian market and the e-commerce landscape, including key players and trends.
4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5、Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to inform decision-making and strategy.
6、Fluent in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Mandarin ability is a plus
