2. Responsible for certain budget to incentivize Buyers and its spending efficiency
3. Analyze the market trend and item pool performances
4. Work with cross-functional team to get Merchants to provide the supply of said item pool, including negotiation and education
5. Scale up the item pool's performance through Campaign collaboration, such as 11.11
6. Develop and implement operational processes to streamline assortment planning, improve efficiency, and enhance overall customer experience.
2. More than 2 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or category management
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on market trends.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different markets.
5. Familiarity with the Southeast Asian and especially Malaysian market and the ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.
6. Fluent in English, additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
