- Managing corporate partnerships maximizing potential income
- Achieving income targets
- Liaising with merchants to build and develop relationships
- Assisting with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to
- Identifying assortment gaps and provide Sales team with key industry contacts
- Running the analysis to understand the impact of category decisions on the sales and profits and refining the strategy
- Interacting daily with the category manager and other country teams to ensure the right implementation of the high-level strategy
- Ensuring the assigned account meets its income targets
- Evaluating and documenting partnership, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately on database
- Providing reports and analysis as required
- Identifying and developing projects to enhance customer experience for shoppers in the category
- Any other duties that may be assigned
- Bachelor's/College Degree
- Strong analytical skills (strong experience with excel analysis necessary)
- Can work with big brands under your assigned category
- Flexible, adaptive and versatile. Needs to be able to slot into different teams. Strong analytical and excel skills
- Innovative problem-solving skills; dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions
- Possess superb business judgment with a desire to manage your own business
- The individual should have a proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external).
- Can easily build rapport and relationship to Key Accounts
- E-commerce experience (big plus)
