Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Identify trends and insights through data analysis to recommend solutions that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

2. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development:
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
- Partner with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in a competitive eCommerce market.
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including leadership development, career pathing, and high-potential identification.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.

3. Employee Relations:
- Act as a mediator in resolving complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, providing recommendations for resolution.

4. Organizational Development:
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Design and implement training programs that address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
- Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to improve collaboration and communication across departments.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or MBA (preferred).

Experience:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the eCommerce or technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in partnering with senior leadership to drive HR strategy and execution.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.

- Employee Relations: Expertise in managing complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Change Management: Experience leading organizational change initiatives and navigating periods of rapid growth or transformation.
