1、Responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies on the Lazada Choice Venture to drive business growth and achieve sales and margin targets.
2、Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, providing strategic recommendations for product line optimization and promotional activities.
3、Coordinate cross-functional resources, working closely with supply chain, marketing, buyer and product departments to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
4、Monitor sales data, conduct regular business analysis, optimize operational processes, and enhance sales efficiency.
5、Develop and manage the sales team, improving overall team performance and ensuring individual growth and development.
1、本科及以上学历,电子商务、市场营销或相关专业,3年以上电商平台销售运营经验。
2、熟悉Lazada平台规则和运营环境,有成功推动业务增长的案例。
3、具备出色的分析能力和商业敏感度,能够从数据中洞察业务问题并提出解决方案。
4、优秀的团队领导力和人际沟通能力,能够激励团队成员达成目标。
5、良好的项目管理能力,能够在多任务环境中高效工作,适应快速变化的电商环境。
1、Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, or related fields, with more than 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales operations, preferably on the Lazada platform.
2、Familiarity with Lazada's platform rules and operating environment, with a track record of driving business growth.
3、Outstanding analytical skills and business acumen, able to identify business issues from data and propose solutions.
4、Excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating team members to achieve goals.
5、Strong project management abilities to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment and adapt to the rapidly changing e-commerce landscape.
