Drive Spotter
• Build strong collaborative relationships and connect with 15-20 bank partners to secure funds and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Drive campaign fund utilization and support the achievement of the team’s ultimate goals through data and performance analysis.
• Continuously optimize internal operational processes and assist the team in iterating and improving the handbook/SOP to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with the team lead to develop portfolio and campaign strategies for all bank partners.
• Strong understanding of banking and marketing, with knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
• Excellent negotiation skills to build relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Ability to perform data and performance analysis using dashboards.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as handling campaigns.
