3、Collaborate closely with product and operation teams to understand business requirements and solve real-world problems through algorithmic innovation.
4、Continuously monitor and optimize algorithm performance to ensure system stability and efficiency.
5、Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithm trends and drive technological advancements to support business development.

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业，有3年以上相关工作经验。
2、精通至少一种编程语言，如Python、Java，具备扎实的数据结构和算法基础。
3、熟悉推荐系统、搜索引擎或机器学习算法，有实际项目经验者优先。
4、具备良好的问题解决能力，能够独立分析和解决复杂的技术问题。
5、良好的团队合作精神，善于沟通，有在快节奏环境中推动项目的能力。
