Key Responsibilities:
● Seller Marketing & Campaign Optimization: Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of seller-focused marketing campaigns across META and Google platforms. Work closely with regional teams to conduct A/B testing, identify top-performing creatives, and continuously improve cost-efficiency and campaign effectiveness
● Content Strategy & Planning: Collaborate across functions, including brand, CRM, and creative teams to develop and implement a cohesive content plan across all seller touchpoints. Ensure all messaging is aligned with the platform's brand strategy and supports key seller objectives
● Agency Management: Oversee external creative agencies to ensure timely production of high-quality marketing assets. Align agency output with brand and campaign goals, and ensure accountability to timelines and direction provided
● Seller Acquisition & Onboarding Projects: Take the lead in managing strategic projects aimed at improving the seller journey from registration to activation. Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and ensure timely delivery of key project milestones
● External Partnerships & Collaboration: Initiate and manage partnerships with external stakeholders, negotiating win-win agreements and fostering long-term relationships that contribute to both seller and platform growth
● Business Development & Operational Excellence: Monitor and conduct daily health checks of tools, campaigns, and seller-facing systems. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, troubleshoot operational issues promptly, and leverage data insights to create strategies that will accelerate progress toward business goals
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present insights clearly
● Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with diverse teams
● A proactive attitude and eagerness to explore innovative solutions for business growth and efficiency
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
● Demonstrated creativity in developing marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and content that engage and convert target audiences
● Bachelor's degree in any business-related courses, communications, engineering, or any other related field
Good to have:
● Experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or a role in a creative agency
● Knowledge of performance marketing tools (META & Google)
● Ability in SQL or willingness to learn
