Job Description
1、Manage and oversee daily operations of the Hub, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers.
2、Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to optimize warehouse productivity and minimize errors.
3、Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management to enhance team performance.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and supply chain, to streamline workflows and address any operational challenges.
5、Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.
6、Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and optimize stock management.
7、Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and present recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2、At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within an e-commerce or logistics environment.
3、Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
4、Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
5、Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments and resolve issues.
6、Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
7、Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
