Job Description
1、Marketing Campaigns: Develop effective marketing strategies and promotional activities tailored to the regional product characteristics, driving user growth and increasing GMV.
2、Conversion Efficiency Optimization: Responsible for user conversion, analyzing traffic distribution and browsing paths on the app, effectively guiding target users and improving conversion rates at each touchpoint.
3、Assortment Planning: Understand regional user needs and supply situation, define key assortment , and coordinate with Category team and Deal hunting team to ensure defined assortment supply, thereby establishing the platform's market positioning in the region.

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree or above, with excellent English proficiency, and proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
2、At least 5 years of experience in category&assortment operation, user&campaign operation, with priority given to candidates with experience in both.
3、Strong data analysis capabilities and clear business insights to accurately summarize business issues and status.
4、Good communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating cross-team operations and proactively overcoming challenges.
