Job Description
THE DIMENSIONS TEAM PROVIDES DIMENSIONS AND SLOTTING DATA FOR PRODUCTS ONBOARDED TO THE REDMART PLATFORM (DIRECT RETAIL & REDMART SPECIALTY STORE). IT ALSO PROVIDES ONGOING DATA SCRUBBING FOR EXISTING PRODUCTS WITH PACKAGING/CASE SIZE CHANGES. THE TEAM DIRECTLY WORK WITH INBOUND TEAM FOR ESCALATIONS ON BARCODE RELATED ISSUES. THEY AMEND BARCODE ERRORS ORIGINATING FROM THE SUPPLIER END THAT ENABLES TIMELY INBOUND OF THE POS. THE TEAM ALSO PROVIDES RECEIVING AND VERIFICATION SERVICES FOR SELLERS & SUPPLIERS DELIVERING SAMPLES TO THE STUDIO.
Job Requirements
1. Physically fit to work in a warehouse environment and transport portable Cubiscan machine
2. Familiarity with workplace productivity suites such as MS Office and other computer tools and applications, software interface and use communication tools (email, messenger)
3. Reliable, positive attitude, responsible and respectful to co-workers
4. Able to learn new tasks quickly
5. Calm under pressure and can work to deadlines
6. Proficient in English (written and spoken).
7. Working experience in a logistics, ecommerce or similar industry, Master Data entry an advantage
8. Good interpersonal skills across different levels both in a warehouse environment and across the organization.
