Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage key accounts consisting of small sellers on the platform, to maximize sales and revenue growth.
2. Utilize category insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
3. Analyze sales data and performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize account growth.
4. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve performance goals and enhance productivity.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and deliver value to key accounts.
6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
7. Drive initiatives to improve account processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall customer experience.
2. 4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
4. Strong analytical skills to analyze market data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
5. Fluent in Thai and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
7. Attitude: Highly driven and motivated to drive impact and change, positive attitude and desire to learn and grow, strong ownership and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
