Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end acquisition of new sellers and brands onto the platform--identify, research, and source leads through various channels, analyze industry trends, and align with internal category teams on business priorities.
- Incubate and grow newly onboarded sellers and brands by guiding them on e-commerce fundamentals: identifying key assortment opportunities, supporting product listing and content creation, advising on pricing strategy and promotional tools, and initiating marketing campaigns or brand activations to drive performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing sellers, brand partners, e-commerce enablers/agencies, distributors, and cross-functional teams across local and regional offices.
- Develop and utilize performance analytics to monitor seller progress and make data-informed recommendations to optimize marketing efforts, product selection, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Own and drive the growth of a personal portfolio of sellers and brands, ensuring consistent revenue performance and long-term success on the platform.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Background in high-paced industries such as e-commerce, retail, distribution, or brand marketing/sales.
- Strong self-starter with a can-do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce and digital innovation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a high level of comfort working with numbers and data.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with brand and seller partners.
- Confident in creating and delivering business reviews and strategy decks to senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in sales or account management is a plus.
Good to have:
- Prior experience working in an e-commerce environment.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
