2. Act as the lead problem solver when it comes to account / business / process challenges
3. Advocate for KAMs and accounts to receive additional support (where justified)
4. Support overall cluster leader in achieving venture goals
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, preferably in a B2B e-commerce or retail environment.
3. Proven track record in developing and executing successful category strategies, driving sales growth and market share.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
6. Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. A strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, able to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
