2.Proven experience in e-commerce business,with a preference for women fashion industry expertise.
3.Strong user-centric mindset, with the ability to understand user needs and pain points through various methods.
4.Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
5.Experience on user operations,user growth and understanding product operation is a plus.
