2. Adheres to OKRs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
3. Conduct performance appraisals.
4. Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Regional and Country objectives and targets related to cost and performance/ service quality.
5. Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
6. Monitors and analyzes daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and provide strategies and action plans for continuous improvment.
7. Implement new policies, system and procedures, upgrades regarding work-related processes in compliance with Company direction.
8. Participate in cross functional meetings and projects e.g system related and process improvements as well as operational concerns.
9. Drives the Lazada Values, operate and put all these values to work each day.
10. Validates overtime and manpower request.
11. Leads team on compliance to SOP and guidelines .
12. Leads team on adherence to HSE policy
13. Reviews and analyzes overall team performance.
14. Conducts investigation on parcels with anomalies.
15. Liaise and aligns with different functions on addressing concerns.
16. Conducts Performance Improvement Plan for subordinate
17. Create and co-lead with Senior Manager on project deployments to strengthen operational capabilities in support to propelling target KPIs to their next level.
Education
-Graduate of any 4-year Course or Equivalency
-Working Experience
Must have background or experience in Operation and or in any related field including 5 years management experience
Well oriented in Operations
Knowledgeable and analytical in terms of operations
Strong planning, organizing, human relations and communication skills
Can handle associates properly
