5、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and operations, to align initiatives and resources that benefit the long tail seller community.
6、Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of seller management strategies, and adjust as needed to achieve business objectives.
2、Minimum of 10 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on seller management or a similar role, preferably in a senior leadership position.
3、Proven track record in developing and executing successful strategies for engaging and growing long tail sellers.
4、Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
5、Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
6、Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a global mindset and cultural sensitivity.
