• Overall responsibility for the health, safety, security, and environment of the Company including direction, strategic development, performance and maintenance
• Achieve complete health, safety, security, and environment management systems in accordance with organisation plans and compliance with and adherence to legislation and agreed regulatory bodies’ processes and procedures
• Overall team responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with insert as applicable e.g. ISO certification, TAPA, Audit, etc.
• Develop and improve LEX’s Security, health, safety, security, and environment (“HSSE”) policies
• Organize, co-ordinate and promote safety related to training and program for all.
• Participate of Near-miss Hazard accident and environment investigations to determine causes and proposed preventive and corrective actions.
• Ensure an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the site to create a culture that prioritizes effective Security & HSE.
• Conduct safety committee meeting and summarize the minute of meeting including distribute to the concerned person and follow up the progress.
• Preparing and maintain safety procedure for the emergency preparedness and conduct to emergency drills.
• Inspect the safety equipment including fire protection equipment and emergency tools.
• Provide regular written reports, as well as other production-related results and updates to the Senior Management Team
• To develop and lead HSSE organization in Operations and ensure all appropriate training is provided to all staff as necessary.
• Keep up to date with new legislations for health, safety, security, and environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field and in procession of a professional safety license or higher.
• At least 6 years of experience in safety & security and the ability to provide suggestions in relation to HSSE functions
• Strong leadership, communications and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
• Good influencing skill in handle a various stakeholders management
• Fluent in English or experience of working with expatriate management.
