5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and report on operational performance to stakeholders.
6. Identify and problem solve any campaign operations related issues.
7. Churn out reports and analyze data in a precise and timely manner.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
5. Adaptable and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset to address emerging challenges.
6. Proficient with excel is a must
7. Able to work on certain weekends during campaign period
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to the dynamic nature of the e-commerce industry
9. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with other stakeholders.
