Key Account Manager – Tools & Home Improvement Category

As a Key Account Manager, you will collaborate with both LazMall (Brand) sellers and SME sellers to drive performance and business growth.

Your role will focus on:

1. Identifying opportunities and addressing performance gaps.
2. Managing effective communication and building strong relationships with sellers.
3. Leveraging category insights to unlock seller potential and achieve growth within the Tools & Home Improvement

Responsibilities:
• Manage portfolio of 40-50 sellers in Tools & Home Improvement industry
• Drive sales growth and advertising revenue growth in accordance with company objectives.
• Capable in assortment planning & merchandising, adept at optimizing stock and negotiating pricing to drive sales growth.
• Execute tailored strategies, including barter programs and seller investment initiatives, to maximize growth opportunities
• Proficient in performing in-depth analysis to drive innovative improvements in commercial excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to identify market trends.

This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with diverse sellers to achieve shared goals.
Job Requirements
We seek dynamic individuals who meet the following criteria:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in e-commerce, sales, or related industries. Experience in direct client-facing roles is a strong advantage.
2. Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" mindset with self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve and surpass ambitious targets.
3. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage effectively with others.
