Job Description
Ensuring of:
Continuous improvement and that prompt action is taken with any complaints that arise (quick action) Inventory compliance with local and regional policies
Inventory compliance and providing full support for all the end of the year activities and audits in accordance to law as well as local and regional company policies
Targets and deadlines are clearly understood and are being achieved
Uninterrupted and smooth operation of the Inventory department
All projects are delivered on time with all requirements; scope, budget and quality standard
Create quality system to collect non-compliance feedback from both internal and external, ensure all non-compliance are deep drive analysis for initiating corrective and preventive action
Responsibilities:
Compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Productivity monitoring
Monitor all cycle counts and identified issues related to variances (miss tagged, misplaced, theft, damage). Conducted root cause analysis.
Monitors inventory levels and fulfillment center capacity to ensure proper space utilization.
Conduct periodic location cleanup of multiple physical locations.
Produce internal performance reporting in order that throughput, quality and trends can be monitored
Proactively train, evaluate and motivate inventory shop-floor team / associates (cycle count, defective management) Maintenance and continuous improvement of all 5S activities
Accounting and reporting of inventory surplus, product returns, and any damages.
Continuous storage system optimization and implementation
Providing support to and maintaining close communication with other departments
System and business process troubleshooting
Be prepared to assist with other departments in the warehouse as and when required

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any related field.
5 years' Experience in inventory management, logistics, and/or operations
Experiences from eCommerce - Fulfillment background
Six Sigma and Lean experiences are required
Able to work both independently and within a team
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Strong analytical skills
Good command of spoken and written English
