Drive Spotter
We are looking for a talented Social Creative Designer to join our dynamic team and drive our branding and social media initiatives to the next level. As the Designer, you will be responsible to initiate the creative vision and execution of Lazada Indonesia’s social media and branding concepts and works. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and commercial teams to ensure our brand is represented consistently and compellingly across all social platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for design and a strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape.
Responsibilities
o Creative Leadership: Lead the development and execution of visual concepts for social media campaigns, branding projects, and promotional materials.
o Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with Lazada's brand guidelines and enhances brand identity across all channels.
o Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and considerations on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Twitter
o Campaign Development: Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across all touchpoints.
o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to keep Lazada at the forefront of eCommerce and social media marketing
o 2+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within an eCommerce or social marketing environment.
o Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media content creation
o Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CapCut is a plus.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
o Strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on brand visibility and engagement.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
