5、跟踪行业动态，研究竞品，提出创新的运营方案，持续提升市场竞争力。

1、Responsible for project management on the Tmall platform, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure projects are launched on time and achieve business objectives.
2、Develop and execute EL (e-commerce operation) strategies to enhance brand exposure and user conversion, optimizing store operation performance.
3、Monitor and analyze project data, providing regular reports to support decision-making.

5、Stay updated on industry trends, research competitors, and propose innovative operational solutions to continuously enhance market competitiveness.

1、本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销或相关专业。
2、3年以上电商运营经验，有天猫平台运营经验者优先。
3、熟悉电商运营流程，具备数据分析能力，能从数据中洞察问题并提出解决方案。
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够推动跨部门合作。
5、具备创新思维，对电商行业有热情，愿意接受挑战并持续学习。

1、Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
2、More than 3 years of e-commerce operation experience, with a preference for Tmall platform experience.
3、Familiarity with e-commerce operation processes and strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions from data.
4、Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a team player mindset to facilitate cross-department collaboration.
5、Innovative thinking, a passion for the e-commerce industry, and a willingness to accept challenges and continuously learn.
