Job Description
- Responsible to ensure housekeeping (Pre,Actual & Post) depleted review activity completed on time for DR.
- Visual and physical checks on product quantity, quality and expiration date during cycle count.
- Process discrepancy/damaged items at Multi-purpose quality checks station (MPQC)
- Pay attention to detail, accurate counts and on time reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Verification on multiple different inventory adjustments in short pick suspense & Pending review
- Proper documentation (Pullout Form) is recorded, signed and stored in Team file.
- Independently able to complete ad-hoc task such as Waste resale/RGA.
- Responsible for new item verification and make sure slotting is done after the items is verify for slotting=True.
- Responsible to remove RSS item from locations stated in the report and do the necessary adjustment
- Responsible for warehouse consumables which include receiving, replenishment, withdrawal and cycle count daily with stocks on hand.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks from another department.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Able to read and communicate in basic English.
- Able to calculate simple Mathematics.
- Basic skill in using mobile device for inventory adjustments.
- Basic MS skill (Excel)
- Experience in operating MHE (Forklift/Powerjack).
