Job Description
1、Manage and develop key retail accounts, driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for the assigned portfolio.
2、Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
3、Proactively identify new business opportunities within the retail sector, proposing innovative strategies to penetrate new markets.
4、Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
5、Negotiate contracts, manage contract renewals, and coordinate contract execution to maximize profitability and customer loyalty.
6、Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions and improve account performance.
7、Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to stay updated on the competitive landscape and identify potential partnerships.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、More than four years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the retail industry.
3、Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
4、Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
5、Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trends, as well as the ability to integrate them into sales strategies.
6、Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7、Self-motivated and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
