Job Description
1、负责Lazada商家平台的算法研发，提升商家体验和运营效率。
2、设计和实施机器学习模型，解决推荐、搜索、排序等关键业务问题。
3、与产品和运营团队紧密合作，通过数据驱动优化业务策略，高效完成业务目标。
4、参与系统架构设计，确保算法的可扩展性和性能。
5、持续跟踪业界新算法和技术，推动技术创新和应用。
1、Responsible for algorithm development on the Lazada selller platform, enhancing seller experience and operational efficiency.
2、Design and implement machine learning models to address key business issues such as recommendation, search, and ranking.
3、Collaborate closely with product and operation teams, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business strategies and achieve business targets efficiently.
4、Participate in system architecture design, ensuring algorithm scalability and performance.
5、Continuously track the latest algorithms and technologies in the industry, promoting innovation and application.

Job Requirements
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、数据科学或相关专业。
2、2年以上相关工作经验，有电商系统背景优先。
3、熟练掌握Python、Java等编程语言等。
4、具备扎实的统计学和数据挖掘基础，能够处理大规模数据并进行建模。
5、良好的团队合作精神，善于沟通，有独立解决问题的能力。

2、More than 2 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those with e-commerce system background.
3、Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java.
4、Solid foundation in statistics and data mining, capable of handling large-scale data and modeling.
