Job Description
1、Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indonesia-Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta market, focusing on the growth and incubation of new partnerships.
2、Develop and implement strategies to onboard and nurture startups and small-medium enterprises (SMEs), guiding them to leverage Lazada's platform for growth.
3、Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for incubated businesses, ensuring their successful integration into the Lazada ecosystem.
4、Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting business development plans accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
5、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, and industry associations.

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、Above three years of experience in business development, preferably in e-commerce or startup incubation environments.
3、Solid understanding of the Indonesian market and the challenges faced by startups and SMEs in the digital space.
4、Proven track record in building and managing a portfolio of successful partnerships, with a focus on incubation and growth.
5、Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
6、Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
2、Above three years of experience in business development, preferably in e-commerce or startup incubation environments.
