Job Description
1、Develop and implement strategies to identify, and nurture new fashion sellers for Lazada platform.
2、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored incubation programs, providing comprehensive support in areas such as product listing, marketing, and supply chain management.
3、Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on fashion industry trends, identifying potential opportunities and risks for new sellers.
4、Establish partnerships with industry influencers, fashion hubs, and trade organizations to expand the network of potential sellers and resources.
5、Monitor and evaluate the performance of incubated sellers, adjusting the incubation program as needed to optimize success rates.

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the fashion e-commerce.
3、Solid understanding of the global fashion market and the unique challenges faced by small-to-medium fashion sellers.
4、Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including sellers, partners, and internal teams.
5、Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends, seller performance, and program effectiveness, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
6、Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and educate sellers on platform strategies and best practices.
