Regional Commercial Finance Business Partner-Bangsar South
Drive Spotter
1) Business Partnering
• Drive monthly BU P&L dialogue with Regional BU leaders and Country FBP across 6 SEA countries
• Partner with Regional BU leaders in driving business growth and co-create value for the business.
• Collaborate with the Platform Governance team to co-design robust platform policies and processes that align with company strategy, are practical, and financially sustainable.
• Provide insightful, timely and value-added input on key financial topics
• Work across locations and if needed functionality to ensure that plans are integrated
2) Financial Planning & Reporting
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the BU across the region
• Understand key business drivers, identifying trends, areas of opportunity and provide recommendations/solutions for both topline and bottom line improvement.
• Produce robust forecasts that achieve business objectives
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts and actual for SEA region
• Partner with Regional Finance Controllership team on P&L and B/S management
3) Project and business case
• Partner Regional BU management on specific BU projects (e.g. top line & bottom line improvement, process improvement, system design)
• Drive process simplification and improvement initiatives (e.g. automation, streamlining)
• Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the Management
• Minimum 7-8 years in financial planning, analysis or finance business partner
• Strategic thinking, Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Able to work in fast-paced and high transactions volume environment
• Able to multi-task and work under high pressure
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle key stakeholders
• Good problem solving skills, with proven ability to apply finance knowledge and experience to a diverse range of financial issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), technical skill in Related Database or SQL is a plus
