Role Introduction:
Looking for an exciting leadership opportunity in the dynamic world of e-commerce? Join us as a strategy and insight manager/senior manager at Regional Marketing Solutions, where you'll play a key role in leading key projects and initiatives to support growth of Lazada Marketing Solutions.

Responsibilities:
● Lead key projects/initiatives end to end: setup key SOP, own & track performance of the projects
● Design key processes and cadence and key performance metrics to ensure project success
● Work effectively with regional, local and cross functional teams to ensure project success
● Present key insights reports and performance monitoring dashboards to share key business summary and analysis with senior managements
● Initiate ad-hoc analysis to address specific business/product/project performance and issues, and produce analysis report to senior management/business stakeholders
Job Requirements
Job Requirement
● Bachelor of Science in Statistics, or business administration, or engineering, or Economics
● 6-9 years of experience in project management, performance management, or data analysis & insights.
● Experience in business, strategy/consulting, platform operation, Sales strategy/operation would be an advantage
● Proficient in analytical and statistical analysis skills
● Deep understanding in digital marketing/online media or commercial business. Experience in ecommerce platforms is a plus.
● Strong communication skills and ability to deliver complex analysis to business operation teams
● Strong business acumen with analytical skill to deep dive business performance and provide actionable insights.
● Experienced project management and stakeholder management skills
● Willingness to learn and use new business intelligence tools (i.e. Alibaba's platforms)
● Familiarity with Data tools and languages, with SQL and Excel are a must
● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and navigate independently in ambiguity
