Drive Spotter
- Research and identify high-potential brands across various categories that align with Lazada’s goals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective brands for onboarding through pitching and negotiation.
2. Onboarding and Account Setup:
- Guide new brands through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with Lazada’s platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support account setup, content creation, and catalog management.
3. Relationship Management:
- Establish strong relationships with new brand partners to ensure a positive experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
4. Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with Category Stakeholders to align acquisition strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand acquisition.
5. Performance Tracking:
- Monitor the performance of newly onboarded brands, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on acquisition metrics and outcomes.
2. 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or brand partnerships, preferably in eCommerce or retail. Strong understanding or possesses experience dealing with premium or luxury brands will be an advantage.
3. Strong understanding of online marketplace operations and trends in Southeast Asia.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Hunter mentality, KPI and result driven.
6. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
