2. Build and manage strategic relationships with top brand partners, aligning their business objectives with Lazada's marketing and commercial priorities.
3. Develop joint business and media investment plans in collaboration with Commercial KAMs, Category, and Marketing Solutions teams.
4. Design and implement industry-specific strategies, playbooks, and performance frameworks to drive efficiency and growth.
5. Lead the development of training material and training for Marketing Solutions team, Commercial Leaders and Key Account Managers (KAMs) on marketing solutions strategy, campaign planning, and performance optimization — strengthening overall marketing capability and alignment across commercial functions.
6. Partner with cross-functional teams including Regional Commercial counterparts, Regional Campaign teams and Affiliates team to enhance Lazada's marketing solution offerings.
7. Represent the team in leadership discussions and drive alignment across regional and local stakeholders.
2. Strong understanding of digital media performance, measurement frameworks, and retail media solutions.
3. Analytical, strategic, and commercially minded, with ability to balance short-term performance and long-term brand growth.
4. Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams in a collaborative environment.
5. Proven experience in leading teams and managing high-performing individuals.
6. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
7. Ability to initiate projects/ solutions and work independently
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English, Thai & Chinese is a plus.
