Key Account Manager-FMCG - Groceries
Drive Spotter
1、Manage and develop the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) groceries category, driving growth and increasing profitability in the Bangkok market.
2、Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to formulate effective category strategies and product assortments.
3、Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, ensuring competitive pricing, promotions, and product availability for customers.
4、Develop and implement marketing plans, including digital campaigns, to drive traffic and sales within the groceries category.
5、Work closely with the operations team to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
6、Monitor performance metrics, conduct regular category reviews, and make data-driven decisions to improve category performance.
7、Lead and mentor a team of category specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
2、More than 2 years of experience in category management, preferably in the FMCG or e-commerce industry.
3、Solid understanding of the Thai FMCG groceries market and customer preferences.
4、Proven track record in negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
5、Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
6、Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across different departments.
7、Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
