2、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, developing recommendations to optimize performance and enhance customer experience.
3、Design and implement data-driven solutions to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and operational processes.
4、Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of insights.
5、Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support special projects, initiatives, and strategic planning, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the business.
2、Above three years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or a fast-paced technology environment.
3、Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
4、Effective communication skills to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5、Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
