2.Budget & Resource Allocation:Lead the development of budget plans for the Lazflash channel, implement tiered subsidy strategies for different product categories to strengthen price competitiveness, and maximize ROI.
3.Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Coordinate with commercial team to secure item pools and pricing resources from sellers; collaborate with product and technical teams to optimize Lazflash system functionalities (e.g., Auto-timeslotting).
2.Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in e-commerce operations,e.g.assortment procurement, or category management;
Hands-on experience in managing flash sales/large-scale promotions (e.g., Double 11) is a plus.
3.Excellent cross-departmental communication skills to coordinate resources and drive project execution.
4.Strong data sensitivity with proficiency in Excel tools for data monitoring, analysis, and visualization.SQL is a plus.
5.Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus.
