Job Description
1. Responsible for intellectual property rights (IPR) governance and daily operations on the Alibaba International E-commerce platform;
2. Monitor key metrics and perform data analysis to promptly identify changes in risks and business dynamics, continuously optimizing and adjusting strategies based on real-time conditions;
3. Collaborate with legal teams, middle-office functions, and other stakeholders to design short- and long-term solutions in alignment with domestic and international regulatory requirements, and coordinate resources to ensure effective implementation;
4. Assess IP-related risks from multiple perspectives—including regulators, rights owners, consumers, and merchants—and design comprehensive governance systems that balance risk management with commercial growth.

4. 基于监管、权利人、消费者和商家等多个纬度，研判平台知产风险并设计治理体系，平衡风险和商业发展。

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in intellectual property protection, product governance, or risk control;
2. Proficient in Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools; strong data sensitivity with the ability to efficiently extract and analyze data, develop actionable solutions, and drive execution;
3. Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for cross-border communication; understanding of cultural diversity; overseas study or international work experience is preferred;
4. Strong project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and solid business acumen.
1. 本科及以上学历，2年及以上知识产权保护或商品治理、风控类经验；
2. 熟练使用EXCEL、SQL或相关分析工具，具备较佳的数据敏感度，能高效的完成数据的提取及分析，制定有效解决方案并推动落地；
3. 英文熟练，能作为工作语言进行跨国沟通，理解文化多元性，有留学或国际化相关工作经历优先；
4. 具备项目管理能力，良好的沟通协作能力和商业理解力。
