Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage and supervise our end to end import operations.
The role will be based in Singapore and you will report to the Head of Direct Import.

Key tasks & Responsibilities
● Supervising, managing and improving the overall import flow from countries of origin to RedMart Warehouse.
● Selecting, coordinating and managing the performance of our 3PL partners.
● Ensuring the overall compliance of our import operations:
○ Liaising with government agencies (SFA, NEA, HSA, etc)
○ Labelling, ingredient, licenses, documentation, etc...
○ Customs declarations, Tax & Duty
○ Inspection & Quarantine.
○ Rejections/Substitutions/Recalls
● Managing and securing product landing economics, financial reconciliation process and payment efficiency on all RedMart import operations.
● Ensuring seamless and accurate execution of our operations by coordinating with Supply Chain Team and Warehouse Operation Team.
● Analyzing performance and providing a proper and accurate reporting to management.
● Permanent research of efficiency and improvement.

● Minimum 5+ years of experience in import/shipping industry in Singapore.
● Good knowledge of FMCG regulations and import regulations in Singapore (SFA, HSA, etc…).
● Good knowledge of international supply chain and procurement process.
● Good knowledge of Airfreight & Seafreight process.
● Import Food industry knowledge is a plus
● Proficient using Microsoft Office package
● Accuracy of data & attention to details
