Drive Spotter
• Defining the category strategy Lazada should adopt for Health & Beauty products in Vietnam
• Running the analysis to understand the impact of respective category decisions on the sales and profits and refining the strategy
• Identifying assortment gaps and supply that help to drive the category growth
• Advising The Key Account Management team on the top-tier merchants performance and competitiveness
• Driving the category pricing and marketing strategy together with the Marketing team
• Interacting daily with the Regional Category Manager to ensure the right implementation of the high-level strategy
• Strong passion and good knowledge about related industries in Vietnam
• Good communication & interpersonal skills to build and further develop the partnership with both international/local brands/retailers
• Understand business P&L and logical/strategic thinking mindset
• Analytical skills to drive P&L and category performance analysis, can conduct reporting/business analysis
• Excellent proficiency (spoken & written) in English and Vietnamese
• Good at managing multiple stakeholders to drive results
