Job Description
- Responsible for country target setting, formulating and optimizing commercial strategies for business growth.
- Conduct daily commercial planning, including traffic and GMV monitoring, to ensure target attainment.
- Track country performance, providing data support and insights to drive business decisions.
- Monitor and analyze top sellers performance on regular basis, to allow efficient resource allocation & sales strategy optimization.
- Execute ad hoc analysis and maintain dashboards to support continuous business improvement and decision-making.
- Contribute to workstation development, ensuring system functionality and adaptability and conduct training to sales forces on new features
- Promptly address workstation bugs and issues to enhance work efficiency. Organize and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for workstations to guarantee system quality.
- Serve as a SME for Business Analytics function in Seller facing product, understanding seller needs and driving feature enhancements.
- Participate in additional strategic transformation projects to facilitate long-term business development, such as soft skill and hard skill training development for commercial force
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in an e-commerce operating environment.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, extracting insights from data.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Effective project management skills, handling multiple tasks and ensuring timely project completion.
- Basic programming knowledge, e.g., SQL, R, Python or JavaScript, for data processing and automation will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving ability, capable of independently analyzing and resolving issues encountered in work.
- Passion and understanding for business process improvement and digital transformation.
- Good English communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
