Job Description
The role of Key Account Manager is responsible for the growth of Lazada sellers and brands in alignment with category management growth.
This role will work in FMCG Cluster in the specific Category Groceries and report to Groceries Category Manager.
Category Management is responsible for the acquisition growth of new brands and sellers in alignment with category management growth. The key responsibilities are to:
• Incubate potential brands/sellers inclusive of top brands/sellers that contribute to the category growth rate.
• Work and align with Category Manager to plan category development in terms of new sellers/ brands growth and development, assortment & investment plan
• Identify key assortment & sale opportunities, including supporting brands/ sellers to establish e-commerce shops on Lazada
• Explain or advise to brand/sellers on their marketing brand plan, or any consumer promotion/mechanism that support their brand growth
• Conduct strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimizing further marketing, pricing and assortment selection
• Cooperate with Sellers Operations and Engagement Team in offline events to increase awareness and knowledge about selling on Lazada
Job Requirements
• Qualifications in Business Administration, Economics, or Relation Management.
• Minimum 3 years of proven business development experience, ideally from relevant industries including FMCG, Health & Beauty, Mother & Baby
• Strong relationship-building and management
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, good planning skill
• High levels of creativity and details orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good levels of numeracy and data-driven
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
• Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment.
