Job Description
The Project Supervisor will oversee and manage specific projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage projects in accordance with established timelines and budgets.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress and address any challenges.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Evaluate project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to management.

Job Requirements
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Familiarity with other computing and AI tools is an advantage. Extremely strong business acumen and impeccable logical reasoning ability, plus highly motivated self-starter and team player.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engr. or a related field
Proven experience in project management or supervision, preferably within [industry].
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
