- A dynamic role that requires individual to handle category assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the assigned categories i.e. Warehouse, Logistics, IT devices and services, professional services engagement, administrative and general procurement with close working relationship with the stakeholders and Regional Category Managers to handle and support key regional and country sourcing projects.
- Implement and executive strategic category management and procurement processes and optimization in the support of business objectives
- Thorough analysis of spending and partnership with business functions, and development of overall sourcing strategy that supports the goals of the company.
- Lead and execute individual sourcing projects including sourcing strategy development, running the bidding/quotation process, award recommendations, review and negotiation, purchase order issuance and contract execution in coordination with legal team.
- Review, and manage the contracts and supplier/agency negotiations and feedback; track key contracts & expiration dates to ensure proactivity.
- Initialize rate cards to bring efficiency to the sourcing, benchmarking & negotiations processes
- Make recommendations for procurement strategies, processes & procedures by utilizing analytics and market intelligence.
- Pro-actively develop and manage key stakeholders, suppliers, and agencies; develop relationships, complete scorecards and communicate feedback.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the procurement.
- Experience in indirect procurement preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge in MSOffice.
- High level & detailed category strategy development.
- In-depth knowledge of agency types, processes, and basic workings.
