Job Description
•Lead end to end process of developing platform commercial+logistics solutions from designing proposal, internal pitching, project initiation and execution
•Work with platform team and drive the development of the commercial+logistics integrated package for fulfillment solution offering including but not limited to visibility features, seller benefits and buyer benefits at both regional and country level
•Conduct market research on competitor platforms’ fulfillment solutions and market positioning
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. commercial platform, finance, legal, and operations) to align on business objectives and ensure successful execution.

Job Requirements
•More than 5 years of experience in project management/program management with strong understanding of ecommerce operation, preferably both seller & buyer benefits design
•Understanding of ecommerce warehouse logistics
•Fluent in English. Knowledge of mandarin is a plus
•Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven track record of successfully driving cross functional initiatives.
•Strong leadership and able to influence others to collaborate. excellent communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and problem solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
