Strategy Planning & Operation Manager-Digital Goods
Drive Spotter
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop and refine strategic plans that align with the organization's long-term goals for Digital Goods (DG).
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors across regions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Propose actionable recommendations to address regional challenges and maximize revenue potential.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, user growth, and finance teams) to drive business initiatives.
2. Operational Support
- Monitor and support the execution of regional operational initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross-market efforts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive consistency in operations.
- Work with country teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and implement best practices.
3. Data Analysis and Insights
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance metrics across regions to generate actionable insights.
- Utilize both quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to inform decision-making and track progress against goals.
4. Campaign Planning and Coordination
- Support regional teams in designing and executing impactful campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and GMV growth.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with market-specific needs while maintaining consistency with overarching strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure resources and deliver campaign objectives effectively.
2. Exceptional analytical capabilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making and generating impactful insights.
3. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
4. Background in e-commerce or tech platforms is preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to facilitate collaboration across regions and teams.
6. Flexibly to travel occasionally.
