Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Launch Management
· Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns for mega sales events, promotions, and New Product Introductions (NPI).
· Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Social, Online Marketing, Campaigns) to develop integrated plans.
· Oversee the entire NPI launch process from pre-orders to post-launch analysis.
Retail Daily Operations & Management
· Manage all operational aspects of the assortment including listings and promotions.
· Coordinate with internal operations teams eg. Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service to resolve issues and optimize the customer experience.
· Ensure store compliance and uphold LazMall premium standards.
Stakeholder Coordination
· Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and the Brand partner.
· Facilitate clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
· Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years in e-commerce, campaign management, or brand management.
· Proven experience in end-to-end campaign planning and e-commerce operations.
· Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong analytical and communication abilities.
· Passion for technology ecosystem is a plus.
