Drive Spotter
• The candidate must be proactive in building/defining/initiating customized negotiation/pitching strategy with key brands they will acquire
• They should be exceptional at speaking to senior managements from brands and able to represent Lazada as a company
• A consultative selling style is desired, coupled with structured-thinking and interpersonal skills are needed to drive deals closure in a new business environment
• The role required to take full ownership of hunting targets by working cross-functionally with country and regional teams
• Some special projects will also be assigned to the candidate. Candidate should be exceptional in driving both internal and external projects, acting as a project leader and employing relationship management skills
• Candidate must be data-driven, able to discover insights and drawing conclusions from big data sets
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business acquisition or partnership, with a proven track record in establishing relationships and driving business growth
• Solid understanding of the retail & e-commerce market in SEA, with experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and negotiating effectively with various stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
