Vietnam-Key Account Manager-Tmall - General Merchandise
Drive Spotter
– Translate product content between Chinese and Vietnamese as needed.
– Optimize PDPs on Lazada to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
2. Price monitoring & alignment
– Conduct regular price checks for identical products across Lazada and Tmall to ensure competitive and consistent pricing.
– Program & Campaign price submissions
– Prevent pricing errors that could negatively impact sales or platform/brand reputation.
3. Brand Campaign Operations
– Support category-specific and platform-wide Tmall campaigns.
– Collaborate closely with Branding, Marketing, and Campaign teams to execute social posts, media seeding, and other promotional activities—driving traffic and boosting Tmall brand awareness in Vietnam.
4. Seller Sourcing & Wishlist Development
– Research high-performing brands on Tmall China (based on brand name and GMV scale) with potential to expand into Lazada Vietnam.
– Compile and submit a prioritized “Wishlist” of target sellers to the Regional Tmall team for outreach and onboarding.
- College or Bachelor Degree (prefer major in Business Administration or Marketing)
Experience
- At least 01 year experiences in commercial or in manufacturer/ importer/ distributor/retailer.
- Good in English, data analysis, negotiation & ownership skills.
- Open for broad experiences in marketing, sale, merchandise, product/portfolio management.
- Fluent in Chinese and knowledgeable in E-commerce is a plus.
