Job Description
Role Overview:
- Lead end-to-end seller experience and satisfaction for Lazada’s seller product and platform.
- Drive strategic planning (short/medium/long-term) to enhance seller awareness and growth.
- Ensure Lazada remains a preferred marketplace by empowering sellers to scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute strategic plans for seller awareness (e.g., platform visibility) and growth (e.g., revenue scaling, feature adoption).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational pain points (e.g., payment processes, logistics integration).
- Analyze seller performance data (e.g., sales trends, listing quality) to identify opportunities and risks.
- Drive adoption of new seller features via in-platform education (tooltips, help center updates, guided workflows).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to roll out policies, initiatives, and product updates aligned with seller needs.
- Serve as SME for Business Analytics in seller-facing products, translating seller insights into feature enhancements.
- Lead strategic transformation projects (e.g., automation tools, new seller segments) to support long-term growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in an e-commerce seller product operation environment.
- Strong belief in AI and automation technology will be a plus.
- Proven ability to identify root causes of complex seller/platform issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, extracting insights from data.
- Effective project management skills, handling multiple tasks and ensuring timely project completion.
- Basic programming knowledge, e.g., SQL, R, Python or JavaScript, for data processing and automation will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving ability, capable of independently analyzing and resolving issues encountered in work.
- Passion and understanding for business process improvement and digital transformation.
- Proficient in English communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
